By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

About our products

Every bar is made by hand in small batches. Natural variation in color, scent intensity, marbling, and shape between batches is expected and is not a defect. Weights are approximate and may vary slightly bar to bar.

Cosmetic use only

Our products are cosmetic and intended for external use only. They are not evaluated by, and make no claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or sensitivity, patch test before full use and consult a physician with any concerns. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Orders and pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, and correct pricing or listing errors, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, you’ll receive a full refund.

Intellectual property

All site content — including text, photography, video, and the Rabbit Soap name and mark — is the property of Rabbit Soap and Black Cursiv Labs and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rabbit Soap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
