Refund & Returns Policy

Our policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are cosmetic and used directly on skin, our return policy is built around hygiene and safety as well as fairness to you.

What can be returned

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

What can’t be returned

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept opened, used, or unwrapped soap, salts, or bathing products back into stock — even if you simply changed your mind after opening. This is standard practice across the cosmetics and personal-care industry.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us at hello@rabbitsoap.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping cost, at no charge to you.

How to start a return

Write to hello@rabbitsoap.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The Field Ritual and gift sets

Boxed sets follow the same policy: the set can be returned unopened, but individual opened components can’t be returned separately.
