Shipping Policy

Processing time

Every order is packed by hand in the order it’s received. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-volume periods (holidays, restocks) processing may take slightly longer — we’ll note it on the site if so.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

• Orders over $60 ship free.
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
• Expedited shipping (where available): 1–3 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays outside our control (weather, carrier disruptions) can extend transit time.

Order tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, write to us at hello@rabbitsoap.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos, if the package arrived damaged), and we’ll make it right.

International orders

We don’t currently ship outside the United States. We’re evaluating international shipping and will update this page if that changes.
